雌、孕激素受体、环氧合酶-2及整合素-β_3在输卵管中的表达及与输卵管妊娠的关系 被引量:6

Expression of ER, PR, COX-2 and Integrin-β_3 in Fallopian Tube and Its Relationship with Fallopian Pregnancy

摘要 目的:探讨雌、孕激素受体(ER、PR)、环氧合酶(COX)-2及整合素-β3在输卵管妊娠中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测35例人妊娠输卵管、17例增生期正常输卵管、17例分泌期正常输卵管黏膜上皮中ER、PR、COX-2及整合素-β3的表达情况。结果:①ER、PR在增生期输卵管中有表达,在分泌期输卵管中表达率较增生期强(P<0.05)。ER、PR在妊娠输卵管中的阳性(+++)表达率比正常输卵管明显降低(P<0.05)。②COX-2在增生期和分泌期输卵管中的阳性(+++)表达率较低,在妊娠输卵管中的阳性(+++)表达率较正常输卵管明显增高(P<0.05)。③整合素-β3在妊娠输卵管中的阳性(+++)表达率与正常分泌期的输卵管无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:①ER、PR在输卵管黏膜上皮中的表达降低和COX-2表达增强可能与输卵管妊娠相关;②整合素-β3可能不参与输卵管妊娠的发生。 Objective: To understand the function of ER, PR, COX-2 and integrin-β3 in the tube pregnancy. Methods: The expressions of ER, PR, COX-2 and integrin-β3 in the pregnant tube (35 cases), the normal tube in proliferative (17 cases) and secretory phase (17 cases) were examined by immunohistochemistry. Results: 1) The expression rates ofER, PR in the proliferative and secretory tube were higher, and in the pregnant tube were lower (P〈0.05). 2) COX-2 expression in pregnant tube was higher than that in the normal tube (P〈0.05). 3) The expression of integrin-β3 was higher in the pregnant and the secretory tube, and there was no difference in expression level between them (P〉0.05). Conclusions: 1) The lower expression ofER, PR and higher expression of COX-2 in tube might have a association with the tube pregnancy. 2) Maybe integfin-β3 don't take part in the tube pregnancy.
