10种化妆品慢性皮肤刺激试验结果及分析

Chronic Skin Irritation Test on 10 Kinds of Cosmetics

为探讨化妆品的安全性，采用动物涂抹方法，对１０种新型化妆品进行了慢性皮肤刺激试验，结果为：粉饼Ⅰ、粉饼Ⅳ、湿粉Ⅱ、膏霜Ⅱ、膏霜Ⅲ为阴性反应，粉饼Ⅱ、粉饼Ⅲ、湿粉Ⅰ、湿粉Ⅲ和膏霜Ⅰ对兔皮肤均有不同程度的损伤。试验表明，某些化妆品肉眼观察与病理检查结果并不完全一致，肉眼观察结果相近的两种化妆品其病理检查结果有时差别也较大。另外，有的样品在慢性皮肤刺激试验中，肉眼观察出现刺激反应的时间过程较长，如果仅进行急性皮肤刺激试验，则为阴性结果。因此建议对于长期涂用的化妆品，最好能进行多次皮肤刺激试验，以避免对人体皮肤造成损害。

Chronic skin irritation tests (CSIT) in 10 kinds of cosmetics were carried out in rabbits.Negative reaetions were observaed on tested skin in powder pastry Ⅰ,powedr pastry Ⅳ,wet pastry Ⅱ,ointment frost Ⅱ,and ointment frost Ⅲ.There were some defferent levels of injury induced by powder Ⅱ,powder Ⅲ,wet pastry Ⅰ,wet pastry Ⅲ and ointment frost Ⅰ respectively on rabbits' skin.Our results also demonstrated that the skin changes observated in some cosmetics by naked eyes didn't entirely accord with its' pathological examinations.Sometimes skin changes observated by naked eyes between two cosmetics were similar,while their pathological examinations were diffent.Because for some cosmetics the appearances of skin irritant reaction must take a longer period that in accute skin irritation test(ASIT).Observed by naked eyes in CSIE.If only ASIT was used the results of ASIT would be negative.It suggested that skin irritation test for long term applied cosmetics should be made many a time to prevent skin lesions.
