糖调节受损和2型糖尿病患者血浆obestatin水平降低

Reduction of plasma obestatin levels in patients with impaired glucose regulation and type 2 diabetes

测定糖调节受损、2型糖尿病患者及正常人血浆obestatin水平。结果显示糖调节受损和2型糖尿病患者obestatin水平明显低于正常人,obestatin水平与体重指数、腰臀比、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素和稳态模型评估胰岛素抵抗指数呈负相关,提示obestatin可能参与代谢紊乱。

Plasma obestatin level was determined in patients with impaired glucose regulation and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The plasma obestatin levels in patients of both groups were significantly decreased as compared with that in controls. Plasma obestatin level was negatively correlated with body mass index, HbA1c, waist-to-hip ratio, plasma insulin and HOMA-IR. Obestatin level seems to be related with metabolic disorder.
