1号竖井20中段贯穿工程爆破实践

摘要 由于1号竖井20中段提升能力不足,井底车场需进行扩建,工程由空车绕道贯穿竖井和人行绕道贯穿马头门两部分组成。为减少对生产的影响,保护施工人员和周围设施的安全,精心安排了施工程序、合理设计爆破参数和起爆网路、周密搭设多层保护挡台,在复杂环境下确保了施工安全、提前完成扩建任务,为类似工程提供借鉴。 Due to the insufficiet hoisting capacity at Level 20m of No.1 Shaft,its shaft station needed to be expanded.The expanding project included two parts,one was the empty running around which holes-through the shaft wall,and the other was the service run around which holes-through ingate.In order to reduce the impact on the normal operation,and to protect the operators and the equipments nearby,the operating process was arranged carefully,the blasting parameters and the initiating system were designed reasonably and several platforms were built meticulously.All these contributed to the successful accomplishment of the project ahead of the schedule.This practice provided experiences for the similar projects.
