物流企业的信息化应与业务流程再造同步进行,这样才能打破旧有的低效的管理体制,提高企业的核心竞争力。本文分析了物流企业的业务流程,提出流程再造的思路和方法,并阐述了以此为基础的物流管理信息系统的开发。

The Logistics Enterprises＇ BPR and informationization must be carried out at the same time, so as to break the old inefficient management system, enhance their core competitiveness. This paper analyzed the logistics enterprise＇s business process, proposed the idea and method of BPR, and expounded to a MIS.
