电子商务(Electronic Commerce)是一种以电子数据交换EDI和Internet网上交易为主的全新商务模式。其开放性、全球性、低成本和高效率等内在特征,符合商业经济内在要求;电子商务作为因特网技术发展日益成熟的直接结果,是未来商业发展的新方向。其最明显的标志就是增加了贸易机会、降低贸易成本、提高贸易效益。电子商务对国际贸易产生了巨大而深远的影响。
In the international trade, the EDI and Internet are applied extensively even more. E-commerce is the main brand-new commercial mode which based on the EDI and Internet. Opening, global, low cost and high efficiency is the internal character of electronic commerce, that accord with the internal inquires of commerce economy. As the direct outcome of the Internet, electronic commerce has become the new orientation of the future commence development. The obvious sigh is increasing the trade chance, reducing the cost of trade and raising the trade benefit. Electronic commerce has influenced the international trade enormously and grately.
