摘要
随着我国物流产业的快速发展,目前物流人才需求的巨大缺口,以及供需人才不匹配的现状,本文分析了我国物流人才需求现状和物流专业培养模式,提出了我国物流专业人才的需求层次,在此基础上,对未来物流专业人才能力的需求趋势和培养进行分析。
Along with the rapid development of logistics industry, the requirement of China＇s Logistics professional becomes larger, and there is an unbalance of provide and requirement. Studied the recent situation, this paper provides the levels of requirement, confirms the future＇s capability requirement, and analyzes the trend.
