项目驱动型企业核心能力构成研究被引量：1

摘要项目驱动型核心能力建设是企业取得竞争优势的保证,而识别项目驱动型企业核心能力构成是核心能力建设的基础。本研究在深入分析项目驱动型企业内涵的基础上,提出了项目驱动型企业核心能力是以知识核心能力为内涵,以文化核心能力、组织核心能力、战略执行能力为支撑的核心能力体系。
