摘要 介绍了激光共聚焦扫描显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、环境扫描电子显微镜的工作原理、特点和功能,分析了电子显微技术在观察生物膜结构、形貌和微生物群落分布的优缺点。 The paper introduces the basic principles and characteristics of the Confocal Scanning Laser Microiscope(CSLM), Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM) and the Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope(ESEM) and also discusses the application of those techniques in the analysis of biofilm structure, morphological character and microorganism distributing.
