热处理温度对TiO_2的微结构及催化性能的影响研究

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法制得稳定的TiO2透明溶胶,凝胶经焙烧制备了纳米TiO2粉体,利用TG、DSC和XRD方法对其进行了结构和形貌表征,考察了其对茜素红的光催化活性。结果表明,热处理温度对样品的微结构以及光催化活性有很大的影响。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2最佳焙烧温度为550℃,晶型组成为44.32%的锐钛矿和45.68%的金红石态,在降解茜素红的实验中具有最佳的处理效果。 The nanosized TiO2 photocatalysts are prepared by sol - gel method under acidic conditions with Ti(OBu)4 as a precursor. The effects of heat trcatmenton microstructure of resulting materials were examined using Differential Scarming Calorimetry(DSC), Thermogravimetry (TG) and X- ray Diffraction(XRD).The experimental results indicate that heat treatment significantly affects both microstructure and photoactivity. The proper wasting temperature is about 620 ℃, which is a compound of analysis(44.32% ) and mille(45.68% ) and have high photecatalytic activity in degradation of alizarin red.
