摘要
介绍了10万m3稀油密封型干式煤气柜的安全检测过程和方法,分析和讨论了该煤气柜焊缝开裂和密封油外泄漏的主要原因,结合检测和评估结果提出了相应的修理方案,并针对该煤气柜修理后的运行安全提出了维护监测的重点。
This paper introduces the testing processes and methods for 100,000m^3 thin oil sealed dry gas holder and discusses the main causes of weld breakage and oil leakage. Based on the results of testing and appraisal, some corresponding repair programs are put forward, as well as the maintenance and supervision in the running after the repair.
