摘要
用无水乙醇提取薏苡糠皮中油脂,经过气相色谱分析,含有6种脂肪酸,基本与石油醚提取的油脂中脂肪酸成分相同。油酸和亚油酸各为49.3%,32.9%。其中亚油酸比用石油醚提取的薏苡油脂高4.1%。液相色谱分析,无水乙醇提取的油脂含有维生素A、维生素E,是石油醚提取的薏苡油脂的16倍和4倍。
Gas chromatography shows that the coix oil extracted from eoix lachrynud-jobi by absolute ethanol contains six kinds of fatty acid which components are the same as those extracted by petroleum ether on the whole. The contents of oleic acid and linoleic acid are 49.3% and 32.9% respectively. The latter is 4.1% percent higher than that extracted by petroleum ether. Liquid chromatography shows that the coix oil extracted from coix lachrymal-jobi by absolute ethanol contains YA and VE which are 16 times and 4 times higher than those extracted by petroleum ether respectively .
