超临界CO_2萃取沙蒿籽油工艺条件的研究 被引量:1

摘要 试验研究了超临界二氧化碳萃取沙蒿油的工艺过程,通过单因素实验和正交实验得到了最佳萃取条件,即:油料粉碎度40目,油料含水量7%,萃取压力40MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间60min,CO2流量4L/h,此条件的取油率为17.62%。超临界二氧化碳萃取的沙蒿油维生素E含量为1170mg/kg,不饱和脂肪酸高达90%以上,其中亚油酸含量超过80%,且含有丰富的维生素E、甾醇、黄酮类等有效成分,是极具保健作用的优质食用油,具有广阔的开发前景。 The experiment studied the extracting process of artemisia sphaerocephala krasch seed oil by supercritical CO2, and by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the optimal extracting conditions was found as follows: oil seed' s granularity 40 mesh, moisture content 7 %, extracting pressure 40 MPa, temperature 50℃, time 60 min, CO2 flux 4L/h. Under these conditions, the oil extracting rate is 17.62%. The content of VE is 1170 mg/kg, the unsaturated fatty acid is more than 90% in which the content of linoleic acid is more than 80%, and also riches in VE, sterols, flavonoids and other active components. So it is an excellent edible oil with wide prospects.
