长江上游云贵两省水土流失重点防治区的综合治理

长江上游云贵两省水土流失防治主要是把工程措施、植物措施、农耕措施和预防监督措施有机结合起来实现的。通过五年连续治理，治理程度达７９５％，人均基本农田近１０２亩，人均产粮３６８ｋｇ／ａ，人均纯收入４７７元／ａ，人民生活水平得以显著提高，促进了当地社会、经济的发展。

The prevention and cure of soil erosion at upper reaches of Yangtze River in Yunnan and Guizhou Provi is to organically combine project,plant,cultivation and preventive and inspection measures together.After continuous yerars'efforts,the degree of cure reaches 79.5%,per capita basic farming field 1.02 mu,per capita ou 368kg/a,per capita net income 477yuan/a.The living standard of people has obvious raised,which promotes the 1 social and economic development.
