脑利钠肽前体在慢性阻塞性肺病的检测价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)患者血清脑利钠肽前体(pro—BNP)水平检测的临床意义。方法测定57例老年COPD患者血清pro—BNP水平,与动脉血氧分压(Pa02),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2),左心室射血分数(LVEF)及第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比(FEV1%pred)等肺功能值进行相关分析。结果老年COPD患者血清Pro-BNP水平与LVEF水平及PaO2水平均呈负相关;与FEV1%,FEV1,PaCO2水平无相关性。结论慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清Pro—BNP水平升高与LVEF有关,与呼吸功能状况无直接相关性,可用来作为判断合并左心功能不全的依据之一。
