前列腺素E1脂微球制剂治疗糖尿病足临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨前列腺素E1脂微球制剂(商品名:凯时)治疗糖尿病足的,临床疗效及作用机制。方法入选48例糖尿病足患者,随机对照分组,治疗组30例使用前列腺素E1脂微球制剂注射液静脉滴注。结果治疗组总有效率83.33%,对照组总有效率44.44%,差异具有统计学意义。结论静滴前列腺素E1脂微球制剂注射液显著改善病变组织的供血,促进创面愈合,临床疗效满意,值得临床推广。
