感冒止咳颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on quality standard for ganmao zhike granules

目的提高感冒止咳颗粒的质量标准。方法应用薄层色谱法定性鉴别感冒止咳颗粒中的柴胡、葛根和连翘。结果柴胡、葛根和连翘鉴别的色谱图班点清晰，阴性无干扰。结论本方法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective To enhance Radix Bupleuri, Radix Puerariae, the quality standard for Fructus Forsythiae were Ganmao Zhike Granules.Method identified from Ganmao Zhike Granules by TLC. Result The TLC spots of Radix Bupleuri, Radix Puerariae, Fructus Forsythiae samples were quite clear, the blank test showed no interference. Conclusion The methods are simple, accurate, and reproducible. They are suitable to use to control the quality of Ganmao Zhike Granules.
