万通筋骨片质量标准研究

Study on quality standard for wantong jingu tablet

目的对万通筋骨片进行质量标准研究。方法采用薄层色谱法对淫羊藿和羌活进行鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法对马钱子中的士的宁含量进行测定，色谱柱为Phenomenex HyperClone 5u BDS C18 130A（250×4．6mm 5 micron）；流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺（90：360：4：1）；流速为1．0ml·min^-1；检测波长为254nm；柱温为25℃。结果淫羊藿和羌活的薄层色谱鉴别斑点清晰，重现性好，阴性无干扰；士的宁进样量在0．25～2．5μg范围内，线性关系良好，平均回收率为98．81％，RSD=1．8％（n=6）。结论本方法所用试剂毒剂小、方法简便、结果准确、重现性好，可用于万通筋骨片的质量控制。

Objective To establish a quality Herba Epimedii and Notopterygium incisum Ting standard for Wantong Jingu Tablet. Methods ex H.T. Chang in the preparation were identifled by TLC; and Strychnine in Semen Strychnine were determined by HPLC. The samples were separated on Phenomenex HyperClone 5u BDS C18 130A（250×4.6mm 5 micron） with mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H2O-HAc-C6H15N（90：360：4 ：1）.The flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results Herba Epimedii and Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T. Chang were identified on a plate simultaneously. The spots were clear and the identification was highly specific. A linear relation ship of Strychnine was good from 0.25 μ g to 2.5 μ g. The average recovery was 98.81%, RSD= 1.8% （n =6）. Conclusion The quality standard is simple, feasible and repeatable to be used as quality supervisory control in Wantong Jingu Tablet.
