摘要
目的分析我院5年来铜绿假单胞菌耐药性的变化,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法用回顾性调查的方法对921株铜绿假单胞菌的标本来源及耐药情况进行分析。结果921株中有57.9%(533/921)来自痰及咽拭子,15.2%(140/921)来自伤口分泌物。药敏结果显示,铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、阿米卡星、头孢他啶、环丙沙星、左旋氧氟沙星和哌拉西林的敏感率分别为85.1%、73.0%、73.7%、75.7%、61.9%、63.6%、66.1%和61.3%。结论铜绿假单胞菌多来自痰及咽拭子标本,并对多种抗菌药物的耐药率较高,多重耐性明显。临床应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物,以减少耐药菌株产生和控制医院感染。
Abstract Objective To investigate the trend of drug resistance rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in Jiangmen from 2003 to 2007, for the guidance of rational use of antibacterials. Methods A statistic analysis for the specimen source and drug resistance condition to 921 isolates was conducted in retrospective manner. Results Among 921 strains 57.9%(533/921) come from sputum and throat mucus and 15.2%(140/921) from wound swab. The result of drug susceptibility showed that P. aeruginosa to Imipenem, Piperacillin/tazobactam, Cefoperazone/ sulbactam、 Amikacin, Ceftazidime, Ciprofloxacin, Levofloxacin and Piperacillin was determined. The percentages of susceptibility rate were as follows:85.1%, 73.0%, 73.7%, 75.7%, 61.9%, 63.6%, 66.1% and 61.3%.Conclusion Clinical isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa come from the sputum and throat mucus, but their resistant rates are rather high and multidrugresistant. In order to reduce the drug-resistance strains and control the infection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, antibiotics should be used reasonably according to drug susceptibility testing clinically.
