重型颅脑损伤患者颈静脉血氧饱和度监测应用

摘要 目的探讨监测严重脑损伤患者颈静脉氧饱和度的意义。方法选择多种原因引起的脑损伤患者42例,通过呼吸循环支持生命体征平稳,动脉氧饱和度达1左右时,通过颈内静脉插管采血测定颈内静脉氧饱和度(SjO2),并分析其与颅内压(ICP)、脑灌注压(CCP)和格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)间的关系。结果颈内静脉氧饱和度(SjO2)与ICP呈显著负相关,与脑灌注压(CCP)和格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)正相关。结论SjvO2可以间接反应重型颅脑损伤后脑循环状态,SjvO2下降多提示预后不良。
