重度痔合并低位单纯肛瘘联合手术治疗的体会

Experience in combinatian operation of severe hemorrhoids complicated with low simple anal fistula

目的探讨重度痔合并低位单纯肛瘘联合手术治疗的方法。方法回顾性分析了临床27例Ⅲ～Ⅳ度混合痔合并低位单纯肛瘘患者行痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）的联合手术，并与同期单纯行PPH和单纯低位肛瘘切除术的病例作比较。结果27例病例行PPH联合单纯低住肛瘘切除术，痔回缩满意，肛瘘完全愈合。手术并发症少，住院时间没有明显延长。结论对于重度痔合并低位单纯肛瘘可采用PPH联合肛瘘切除术治疗。

Objective To investigate the severe hemorrhoids complicatived with low simple anal fistula surgery treatment methods. Methods Retrospective analysis of the combination operation the 27 cases of the severe hemorrhoids complicatived with low simple anal fistula patients with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids （PPH）, the same period operation of PPH and low simple anal fistula resection for comparison. Results 27 cases was treated by combination operation, hemorrhoids satisfied with the retraction, and anal fistula completely healed, combination operation has no more complications and the time of hospitalization has no significantly prolonged. Conclusion The severe hemorrhoids complicatived with low simple anal fistula can be treated by combination operation of PPH and anal fistula resection.
