尖锐湿疣中医辨证分型与血清IL-10、TNF-α和IFN-γ水平关系的研究

STUDY ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TCM SYNDROMES DIFFERENTIATION TYPES CLASSIFICATION AND SERUM IL-10,TNF-α AND IFN-γ LEVELS IN PATIENTS WITH CONDYLOMA ACUMINATUM

目的:观察不同中医证型的尖锐湿疣患者血清细胞因子的变化。方法:根据中医理论将尖锐湿疣(CA)患者辨证分型为湿毒聚结和脾虚毒蕴两型,应用ELISA技术对两个证型的CA患者血清白介素10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和干扰素(IFN-γ)水平进行检测。结果:CA患者存在外周血细胞因子水平的异常变化,并且两个中医证型的CA患者细胞因子水平的变化有所不同。结论:不同中医证型的尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能缺陷的严重程度不同。

Objective:To observe the cellular factors changes in different types according to TCM differentiation of syndromes in patients with condyloma acuminatum.Methods:64cases were divided into two types:stagnation of noxious dampness,spleen deficiency and noxious retention.Serum IL-10,TNF-α and IFN-γ levels in condyloma acuminatum patients were tested by ELISA.Results:There was abnormal changes of cellular factors in peripheral blood of condyloma acuminatum patients,the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α were increased,IFN-γ content was decreased,there was obvious difference between patients and normal group.The level of IL-10 in spleen deficiency and noxious retention group was higher than that in stagnation of noxious dampness group,IFN-γ level was lower than that in the stagnation of noxious dampness group.Conclusion:The severity of immunologic deficiency in different syndromes condyloma acuminatum patients was different.
