摘要
研究并建立了纯金样品经王水溶解,标准基体匹配,直接用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定纯金中铁、银、铜、铅、铋、锑杂质元素的分析方法。实验表明,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析测定纯金中的杂质元素,并与GB/T 11066—89的分析方法测定结果相比,具有分析速度快、准确度高、精密度好、检出限低的特点。
First, the pure gold samples are resolved in aqua regia and matched with standard matrix. And then, the direct determination method of Fe, Ag, Cu, Pb, Bi and Sb in pure gold with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP-AES) is established. The experiments reveal that comparing with GB/T 11066 -89 analysis method, the ICP-AES method has the following characteristics: faster speed, higher accuracy and precision, lower detection limit.
