检测胃癌组织中相关多药耐药基因产物的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Detection in Related Multi Drug Resistance Gene Products in Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、DNA拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(Topo-Ⅱ)和谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST-π)在胃癌组织中的表达及指导临床化疗用药。方法:应用S-P免疫组化法检测79例胃癌组织中P-gp、TopoⅡ和GST-π的表达情况。结果:P-gp、TopoⅡ、GST-π在79例胃癌组织中阳性表达率分别为74.7%(59/79)、68.4%(54/79)、83.5%(66/79),表达情况与组织学类型及淋巴结转移情况有显著相关性,而与病人年龄、性别、病变部位及浸润深度无关。结论:联合检测P-gp、TopoⅡ、GST-π对判断胃癌患者预后和指导临床个体化治疗有指导意义。

Objective： To investigate the expression of P- gp, Topo- Ⅱ and GST- π in gastric cancer for guiding clinical chemotherapy. Methods：The expression of P - gp, Topo - Ⅱ and GST - π in 79 cases of gastric cancer were detected by S - P methods. Results： In 79 cases of gastric cancer, the rate of expression of P - gp, Topo - Ⅱ and GST - π was respectively 74.7 96,68.4 % and 83.5 %, which was closely related to tissue typing and lymph metastasis but no related to the age, sex, location of disease and depth of infiltration. Conclusion： Combined detection of P - gp, Topo - Ⅱ and GST - π is significant in evaluating the prognosis and guiding the individually clinical therapy.
