Development and Application of Trabeculectomy Combining Technique

摘要 虽然小梁切除术是治疗闭角型青光眼的主要手段,但仍有3%的手术失败率,失败原因主要是滤过口处成纤维细胞增殖以及瘢痕形成而使滤过口阻塞所致。因此,建立改良的标准小梁切除术并结合调节技术(小梁切除联合技术)减少手术失败是青光眼滤过性手术的发展趋势。本文对小梁切除术联合药物技术、非药物技术及复合式小梁切除术进行综述。 Although trabeculectomy is the important therapy for angle-closour glaucoma, The failing rate of surgery is 3 %. The major cause of failure is wound healing caused by fibroblast proliferation and scar formation in filtration site. so it is necessary to establish modified trabeculectomy combining regulation technique (trabeculectomy combining technique) and reduce the failing rate of surgery in modern time. This article aims to review trabeculectomy combining medication technique and non-medication technique and combined trabeculectomy.
