摘要
利用计算机视觉技术测量车用膜式橡胶空气弹簧胶囊的三维变形。摄像机采用9×7个边长为30 mm的方格进行标定,采用区域相关的匹配方法,对胶囊表面经网孔模板喷漆后,以每次充气变形小于20%的小步长进行测量,结果表明,测量达到预期效果,且误差较小。
The computer vision technology was used to measure the 3D deformation of diaphragm type rubber airsprings on vehicles. The camera was demarcated based on 9 × 7 checks with side length of 30 mm. After spray painting on the capsule surface through mesh template, the measurement was carried out by correlating windows in computer vision and controlling the deformation less than 20% in each step. The results showed that,computer vision technique could be used to measure the 3D deformation of rubber airsprings with small error.
