皮肤致敏体外替代方法研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 免疫分子生物学的极大发展和动物福利呼声的日益高涨,使体外评价化学物致敏性成为毒理学研究的热点。目前,通过体外培养细胞检测其表面因子和某些蛋白质的表达来判定受试物是否为致敏物为主要研究内容。其中皮肤致敏体外替代方法主要包括人源单细胞株培养、平行试验、体外皮肤重建系统等。
