On the basis of the grey feature in the optimal selection project of the environmental investment projects,the grey system decision method has been used in this optimal selection in this paper.The actual analysis shows that the grey system decision method's mechanism is simple,calculation is convenient,weight possessed is reasonable,precision is high and the project's results correspond to objective reality.
