试论环境影响评价对实施清洁生产的重要作用

A Discussion about the Important Rule of Environment Impact Assessment in Carrying out Cleaning Production

针对目前国内实施清洁生产战略过程中存在的一些不足，根据环境影响评价工作对建设项目具有环保把关的特点，提出结合环评审批制度，以促进和监督清洁生产实施的设想，并结合实例说明环评对实施清洁生产所发挥的重要作用．

In view of exiting some shortcoming during carrying out cleaning production in our country and according to fhe characteristic that environment impact assessment could control the environment protect of a construction project,it's pointed out an idea that we should promote and monitor carrying out cleaning production with the rule of environment impact assessment in this paper.An example showed that environment impact assessment play an important rule in carrying out cleaning proudction.
