摘要
文章通过分析客户关系管理内涵,揭示了煤炭行业实施客户关系管理的必要性,提出煤炭行业实施客户关系管理应该加强企业文化建设,正确选择CRM技术结构及系统,重视对员工的培训和人力资源政策,注重团队支持,进行清洁优质的煤炭开发,推进煤炭行业结构调整和优化,从而提高煤炭行业效率,增强煤炭行业竞争力。
By analyzing the connotation of customer Relationship Management, this paper reveals the necessity of the application of customer relationship management in coal industry., and proposes that in order to put customer relationship management into practice, coal industry ought to reinforce enterprise cultural advancement, choose correctly CRM technological structure and system, attach weight to training employees and human resources policy, attach importance to team support, promote clean and high quality coal development, push forward coal industry structural adjustment and optimize, thereby, improve coal industry efficiency to strengthen coal industry competition.
