Study on the Development of Internal Organs in Rex Rabbits

摘要 对相同条件下饲养的不同年龄(出生、1周龄、2周龄、3周龄、4周龄、5周龄、6周龄、8周龄、12周龄、成年)獭兔进行屠宰,测定内脏器官,结果表明:獭兔内脏器官发育具有不均衡性,肝脏和心脏的相对重量在出生时就接近成年,肠道长/体长随日龄的增加而增长,12周龄后达到基本稳定,而盲肠则在8周龄后基本稳定;2周龄仔兔胃内缺乏游离的盐酸,3周龄仔兔胃内已经出现游离的盐酸,6周龄后幼兔胃内的pH稳定在2.01~2.28。 To determine the development of internal organs, 150 Rex rabbits were slaughtered at newborn,1w, 2w,3w,4w,5w,6w,8w,12w and adult.The trial rabbits were fed in same condition and the internal organs were determined and observed. The result indicated that the relative weight of heart and liver were heavy and approach adult heavy at newborn. With the increase of age before 12 weeks, the length of digestive tract/body length increased, then the length had became constant at 12 weeks in small intestine and 8weeks in cecum. The pH of stomachic content was 6.21 at 2 weeks and 2.89 at 3weeks , then became constant after 6 weeks.
