摘要
以砂培玉米幼苗为材料,研究了酚-Ni复合污染对根、叶细胞膜相对透性的影响;根、叶组织中Ni、Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、K、Ca、Mg、P等九种元素的含量以及线粒体、细胞核中Ni含量的变化;根、叶细胞线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活性变化等。结果表明,在显著影响细胞膜透性浓度值的酚-Ni联合作用下,幼苗根、叶细胞膜相对透性较酚、Ni单独作用时明显增大,根、叶组织及线粒体、细胞核中的Ni含量较Ni单独存在时显著增加;除Cu、K、Zn等元素外,其它元素平衡关系变化不大;复合污染还使根、叶细胞线粒体细胞色素氧化酶活性较Ni单独作用进一步降低。
Using the maize seedlings cultured with sand,the effects of compound pollution of phenol and nickel on the relative permeability of cell membrane, the concentrations of Ni,Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,K,Ca,Mg and P in roots and leaves, Ni in mitochondrion and cell nucleus,and the activity of mitochondrion cytochrome oxidase were studied.The results showed when phenol and nickel were at concentrations of remarkably affecting the permeability of cell membrane the relative permeability of cell membrane obviously increaes compared with nickel itself.The nickel in mitochondrions and cell nucleus increased in the same condition.excepting Cu,K,Zn,the changes of other elements were not remarkble.the compound pollution of phenol and Nickel could reduce the activity of mitochondrion cytochrome oxidase.
