摘要
将纳米TiO2溶胶与脲醛树脂共混改性脲醛树脂胶粘剂。探讨了纳米TiO2对脲醛树脂性能的影响。实验结果表明,当纳米TiO2溶胶添加量为UF树脂固体含量的5%时,UF树脂的游离甲醛质量分数降低了36.4%,胶合板的胶合强度提高了约50%。
Nano-TiO2 was used to modify the urea-formaldehyde adhesive though mixing nano-TiO2 sol and ureaformaldehyde resin together. The effect of nano-TiO2 on urea-formaldehyde adhesive performance was discussed. The results showed that when the added amount of nano-TiO2 sol was 5 % by weight of urea-formaldehyde resin solid content,the weight fraction of free formaldehyde content in UF resin was decreased by 36.4% and the bonding strength of plywood was enhanced by about 50%.
