摘要
徐大椿在临床遣方用药上,提出了"用药如用兵""有一病则有一药以制之"等著名观点,从"有药无方"与"有方无药"2个方面,精辟分析了方剂与药物之间的辩证关系,主张临床理清方药离合关系时应以方剂配伍为主导,重视驱邪,反对滥用温补,对后世医家影响极大,至今仍有很高的指导价值。
XU Da-chun put forward the opinion about the measures of Curing diseases as the tactics of the Art of War and any syndrome can be treated with a drug in application experience,he also analysis on the dialectical relation between prescription and Drug from two aspects about having drugs but no prescription and having prescription but no drugs. He thinks the prescription compatibility is the key in separation and reunion of drug and prescription,he attaching importance to exorcise and oppose to abuse warming and tonifying, which has great influence on the doctors at the late ages, and still have very high instruction value to today＇s practice.
