摘要
介绍了无级变速器在浆纱机传动中的重要作用,以及用PUX4型无级变速器对ASGA363型双浆槽浆纱机进行改造的过程和效果,改造后浆纱好轴率可保持在99%以上,运转无故障。
Its importance of stepless speed changer in driving of sizing machine is introduced. The process and result in reforming ASGA363 sizing machine with double - size box by use of PUX4 stepless speed changer is given out. It shows that the rate of qualified sized beam of the reformed sizing machine keeps over 99% with no machine operation problem.
