摘要
针对目前水压加载系统能耗较大的状况,设计了一种新型的采用变频调速技术的水压自动加载系统,并根据系统特性建立了系统的数学模型。由于传统PID方法控制指标不够理想,采用模糊控制与传统PID并联的复合控制器对系统进行分段式控制,仿真结果表明此复合控制方法优于传统的PID控制,系统的动态特性和抗干扰能力都得到改善。
In order to economize energy source, a new water loading system which utilizes frequency control technology was presented and its math modeling was given. The conventional PID controller canr t get ideal control result, so designed a fuzzy-PID compound controller. The simulation results show that this compound controller is better than PID,and it can improve not only the systemic dynamic characteristic but also its ability of anti-jamming
