摘要 交流永磁伺服电机在运转之前,转子的初始位置是未知的,而在矢量控制中必须确定转子的初始位置才能进行有效的控制。简单的注入直流量强行吸合转子的方法在工业现场有严重的缺陷,提出一种转子初始位置估算方法,初始化过程中保持转子位置基本不变,通过二次回归算法精确计算其角度,在基于TMS320LF2407A的数字平台上得到了实现。 Before turning, the rotor initial position of PMSM is unknown. In order to control effectively, the rotor position must be known clearly. Simply give a direct current have serious defect in industrial scene. The method of initial rotor position under the premise of maintaining the rotor in a fixed location was got, the regression algorithm to calculate the precise initial angle and good results based on the digital platform TMS320LF2407A were achieved.
