摘要
从食(药)用真菌凝集素的纯化技术、生物学功能和分子生物学等方面的研究对我国食(药)用真菌的研究现状做了一个简要的回顾,并就我国食(药)用真菌凝集素的发展前景进行了简要的分析。
Research actuality in China of the lectins of medicinal and edible fungi in the aspects of purification technology, biological function and molecular biology were reviewed briefly , and the development foreground of lectins from medicinal and edible fungi in China were analyzed briefly .
