摘要
SJ431焊剂是埋弧焊中一种新型的烧结焊剂,与传统熔炼型HJ431焊剂相比,在进行埋弧焊接时能够解决HJ431焊剂在焊接过程中对合金的剧烈烧损的问题;另一方面,它的生产能耗低,污染小,符合当今可持续发展和构建和谐社会的要求。从烧结焊剂渣系的角度研制出一种在性能和成本上与熔炼型HJ431相当的烧结型SJ431焊剂,具有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
SJ431 flux is introduced in this paper,which is a new type agglomerated flux.During SAW welding,intense melting loss of welding seam metal can intense be solved,and this new type agglomerated flux can be manufactured with low energy consumption, low pollution ,in accordance with policy of sustainable development and ＂harmonious society＂ construction.And this type flux benefits society and economy.
