摘要
研究了表面活性剂对铸钢TIG焊的影响,在分析各单一活性剂对焊缝熔深、表面成形影响规律的基础上,利用正交试验法对多组元配方进行了研究,得出了各组元质量百分比的变化对焊缝熔深的影响规律,w(SiO2)=40%时对焊缝熔深的影响最为显著,w(TiO2)和w(Cr2O3)在小于30%时对焊缝熔深的增加作用明显,卤化物含量较小时对焊缝熔深的增加作用明显。考虑焊缝的表面成形,得到由卤化物、SiO2、TiO2、Cr2O3等组成的铸钢A-TIG焊活性剂,可使焊接熔深增加3倍,在铸钢缺陷修复时,在缺陷表面涂敷活性剂,正常焊接规范条件下,可修复10 mm以内的缺陷。
The paper presents activating flux made up of SiO2,TiO2,Cr203.halide,etc.for cast steel.It also analyzes the regulation that affects affects the penetration of weld for mono components.Based on the above investigation the formula about multiple components is derived, which can be used repair welding the defects in plates of 10 mm thick in the conventional welding condition.
