摘要
介绍了微车后桥壳焊接的一种新工艺,即是小变形不加工的焊接技术。通过对桥壳结构设计的分析,制定桥壳小变形的焊接工艺流程;通过对焊接应力与变形的研究,得出了控制焊接变形的措施并进行了实施。实践证明,该焊接技术的研究和应用改变了传统的后桥壳焊接生产方式,推动该行业的技术创新。
This article introduces an innovative technology of mini-mobile's rear axle casing,namely a non-machining little distortion welding technology.Through the analysis of structure and design of axle casing,decides its little distortion welding technology procedure ;by the research of welding stress and distortion ,takes the measures to control welding distortion.Practice has proved that the research and application of this welding technology has changed the traditional welding production mode of rear axle casing,and promoted the technical innovation in its industry.
