Application of the technique of waveform control in high quality welding

波形控制技术已经成为焊接设备制造的一种发展趋势,该技术结合相应的软件、硬件技术可以使焊接变得更加容易,获得的焊缝成形更为美观,焊接效率更高。在此主要介绍DUO PlusTM技术和Quattro PulseTM技术在MIG焊中的应用,以及DOC技术在TIG焊中的应用。波形控制技术不仅改善了焊缝成形条件,降低了焊接飞溅,提高了焊接效率,而且对于提升焊机品质、节约能源都具有重要的意义。

The technique of waveform control has been a tread in welding equipment manufacture.It makes the welding process more easier and gets welding seams obtained more excellent and gets the welding efficiency more higher combining the correlative software with hardware technique.The application of DUO Plus^TM technique and Quattro PulseTM technique in MIG welding process and the application of DOC technique in TIG welding process have been introduced in this paper.The result indicated that the application of waveform control technique in welding not only improved the forming conditions of welding seams and decreased the welding spatters, but also developed the quality of welding machine and saved the energy.
