摘要
通过问卷调查和员工访谈,对桂林星级饭店员工的年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、管理人员素质和能力结构进行了调查和分析,提出了提高员工队伍的受教育水平和总体素质,建立公平、公正、公开的评估和晋升体系,营造良好的工作环境等改进饭店人力资源管理的具体措施。
Through questionnaires and interviews, the paper analyses the problems confronting the working staff of star-rated hotels in Guilin in terms of age, academic background, professional title and quality of management. Some proposals regarding the improvement of their educational level and overall quality are raised with a view to building up an impartial, fair and open system of assessment and promotion and creating a good working environment. Also the paper lists several practical appraoaches of improving the management of human resources.
