摘要
采用铁系仿酶体系处理造纸厂综合废水CODCr有较好的效果。通过对比铁系仿酶、铜-胺仿酶和铜-吡啶仿酶3种不同的仿酶体系,发现铁系仿酶(Fe-CA)体系处理效果最佳。铁-羧酸和H2O2组成的仿木素过氧化物酶酶体系能使部分木素发生自由基聚合,从而使木素分子量增大,亲水性降低,易絮凝而除去。通过研究发现,Fe-CA体系处理废水的最佳条件为:用量10g·m-3废水,原水pH值需调至中性,废水温度不低于30℃,H2O2的最佳用量为200mg·L-1。
The compositive wastewater of papermaking mill is treated by biomimetic system. The CODcr can be reduced significantly. By comparison with three biomimetic system: Fe-biomimetic system, Cu- amine biomimetic, Cu- pyridine biomimetic, It is found that the effect of treatment by Fe-biomimetic system (Fe-CA) was the best. Biomimetic lignin peroxidase system which is composed of Fe-carboxylic acid and H2O2 could make the lignin polymerize, so the molecular weight of lignin molecule increased and the property of hydrophile decreased, then the lignin eould be wiped off through floceulating. We found the best condition of wastewater treatment: use level is 10 g·m^-3 wastewater, the pH of original wastewater need to adjust to neutral, the temperature of wastewater is no less than 30℃, the dosage of H2O2 is 200 mg·L^-1.
