摘要
CO_2减排是系统问题,必须从系统层次的角度来看中国的CO_2减排。其中的一个关键是建立一个综合考虑能源系统的外部边界条件,内部运行规律的评估体系,从系统的角度指导制定适合国情的控制CO_2排放的技术路线。同时,本文从能源系统的角度来看中国的CO_2排放控制,认为需要根据多维度、全生命周期这些思想方法来评估各种技术的CO_2减排,并简要的探讨了中国CO_2排放控制的几条重要途径。
The CO2 emission control problem has to be solved from system level. It is thought that a critical issue is to build up an evaluation system to guide the technology roadmap of CO2 emission control which takes the external boundary condition and the internal mechanism of the energy system into account. It is pointed out that to evaluate the CO2 emitted from different sources and technologies, it is necessary to use life cycle assessment (LCA) and multi-dimensional assessment. Based on these evaluation logics, several potential solutions are dis- cussed to reduce CO2 emission of China.
