摘要 目的:观察口服阿司匹林预防大肠腺瘤的确切性。方法:对50例大肠腺瘤经内镜摘除后的患者予口服阿司匹林50mg.d-1(观察组),1年后复查大肠镜,了解腺瘤的复发情况,另设对照组50例进行比较。结果:对照组50例中42例(84.0%)大肠腺瘤复发,观察组中仅10例(20.0%)复发,两组复发率有显著差异,(P<0.01)。结论:服用小剂量阿司匹林是安全的,并可预防大肠腺瘤的发生。 Objective:To study the effect of small dosage of aspirin on the prevention of colorectal adenomas.Methods:Atotal of 50 patients with colorectal adenomas took aspirin 50mg per day after their adenomas resected endoscopely,while other 50 patients were not given aspicin as control after their adenomas resected endoscopely.After one year,all the 100 patients were done colonoscopy again to know the occurrence of new adenomas.Results:Totally 42 patients 84.0% in contr4ol group got new adenomas,while only 10(20.0%) in the aspirin group got new adenomas.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Small dosage of aspirin can prevent the occurrence of colorectal adenomas.
