摘要
根据溶质在流动相与固定相中吸附平衡热力学的观点简要讨论了色谱分离中的非线性原理,及其在进行色谱痕量分析采用大进样量时对定性和定量的影响,并提出了改进方法。同时也探讨了非线性效应对样品前处理及未知物馏份制备分离的影响与应用。
The fundamental of nonlinear effects during chromatographic process were explained in terms of 晅hermodynamics of solute molecules in absorption equilibrium between mobile and stationary phases. Their influences on the accuracy of both qualitative and quantitative results in trace analysis by injecting a large volume of sample were discussed, and some methods for improving the results of analysis were suggested. Besides, applications of nonlinear effect to sample pretreatment and preparative fractionation of unknown components from sample were also presented.
