摘要
在对电子提花横机分析的基础上,设计了其选针机构、移圈编织原理工艺路线及横移机构,并对选针片过程进行了计算机虚拟样机仿真,得到了该型号电子提花横机进行虚拟试验的选针时间。
Based on the analysis of the electric flat knitting machine, the needle selected mechanism, the needle' s track of loop transfer and shogging mechanism are designed. In the end, the selected needle' s motion is simulated in the ADMAS sorft ware, and the time of needle selected is achieved.
