湿地资源开发环境影响评价研究

Study of Environmental Impact Assessment on the Exploitage of Wetland Resources

在分析湿地生态系统特征及其开发利用产生的生态环境问题基础上，论述了湿地资源开发存在的问题：适宜于湿地资源开发环境影响评价（ＥＩＡ）的生态监测体系尚未建立；评价的时空范围狭窄；可持续ＥＩＡ理论与实践尚未成熟；缺乏累积ＥＩＡ。

Based on analysis of the characteristics of wetland ecosystem and ecological problems caused by exploitage,the present problems on wetland resources exploitage were discussed.The first one is that ecological monitoring system is still not established,which fit with EIA on wetland resource exploitage.The second is that space time range of EIA is limited,and the theory and practice of sustainable EIA is not ripe,accumulative EIA experiences is also limited.
