烟蚜Myzus persicae对烤烟质量与经济价值的影响及防治指标的研究

A Study on the influence of Myzus persicae (Sulzer)upon the Quality,Economic Value of Flue-cured Tobacco and its Economic Threshold

研究表明,蚜吉越重,中上等烟下降比例和造成的经济损失越大,1～4级蚜害使得中上等烟下降的比例分别为8.27%、41.15%、58.29%和73.60%,所造成的经济损失分别为9.39%,36.64%、51.14%和60.01%。分析受害烟叶的化学成分表明,烟叶受蚜虫为害后,烟碱和还原糖含量下降,蛋白质含量升高。用Chiang,H.C.提出的计算防治指标公式得出,烟蚜田间化学防治指标是单株平均蚜量20头。

The experimental results show that the more heavier the aphidinjury,the more economic loss of the mid-and high-grade tobacco leaves.Compared with grade 0,not injured by the aphid,the mid-and high-gradetobacco leaves in grade 1,2,3,4 injured by the aphid are reduced by8.27%,41.15%,58.92% and 73.60% respectively.The economic losses ingrade 1,2,3,4 caused by the aphid are 9.39%,36.64%,51.14% and 60.01%respectively.The analysis of chemical composition indicates that the cont-ents of nicotine and redution sugar in the leaves injured by the aphid are reduc-ed,but the contents of protein are increased.Using the formula of Chiang,H.C.for calculation of the economic threshold,the results indicate thatpesticides should be applied to control the aphid when the average aphidnumber per tobacco plant is 20.
